Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and AHW99 ("AHW99", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the AHW99 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated products and services available at ahw99.cam.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet through AHW99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

"Platform"

The AHW99 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at ahw99.cam.

"Account"

A registered user account created by an individual for the purpose of accessing real-money gaming, sports betting, and related services on the Platform.

"Player" / "User"

Any individual who has registered and holds an active Account on the Platform.

"Wagering Requirement"

A condition specifying the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

"KYC"

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account with AHW99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. AHW99 does not permit access to real-money gaming by persons under 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or director of AHW99, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by AHW99 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any voluntary self-exclusion programme that would prevent you from accessing gambling services.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to update it promptly if it changes.

One Account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts — including through the use of a spouse's, family member's, or associate's credentials — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

AHW99 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including at the time of first withdrawal, following a change in personal details, or as part of routine compliance review. Required documents typically include:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. AHW99 processes all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. AHW99 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in advance.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The AHW99 Platform is provided exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform solely to participate in the gaming and betting products offered, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Acceptable Conduct

You agree that during your use of the Platform you will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of online gambling services.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own name and from which you are the authorised account holder.
• Engage with AHW99 support and other users in a respectful and lawful manner.
• Promptly notify AHW99 of any technical errors, platform malfunctions, or misallocated credits — including credits received in error that are not legitimately yours.

5.3 Platform Availability

AHW99 strives to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability. AHW99 shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions that are outside our reasonable control.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

AHW99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). Supported payment methods may be updated at AHW99's discretion.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. AHW99 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from your own payment account.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed following successful KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted to the same payment method used for deposit will generally be processed on the same business day for verified accounts. AHW99 may require additional documentation to process withdrawals, particularly for first-time or large-value withdrawal requests.

Funds derived from bonus credits are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. AHW99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of compliance or fraud reviews.

6.4 Currency

The primary operating currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted at prevailing market rates at the time of transaction. AHW99 is not liable for currency fluctuation losses on cryptocurrency transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by AHW99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum deposit requirements, eligible game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and offer expiry dates.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

AHW99 offers multiple welcome bonus options to new players, with maximum bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and eligible game categories varying by offer. Players may claim only one welcome bonus. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific game contribution rates are detailed in each promotional offer's terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

AHW99 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting technical errors to obtain unwarranted credits, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is detected, AHW99 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings derived from abusive play and to permanently close the associated account(s).

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on the AHW99 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and unbiased outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.2 Sports Betting

AHW99 offers real-time sports betting odds on major competitions including the Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and other international events. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, as published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

AHW99 reserves the right to void or amend bets in circumstances of manifest error (e.g., a clearly incorrect odds price), match abandonment, or where events fall outside standard sporting outcomes. In-play betting is subject to pre-set maximum stake limits as displayed at the time of bet placement.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a platform technical error, malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, AHW99 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. AHW99 is not obligated to honour bets or game outcomes that result from a verifiable technical error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AHW99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting known or suspected software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any financial crime, including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards AHW99 staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of AHW99.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AHW99 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any technical malfunction, server downtime, or network disruption outside AHW99's reasonable control.
• The outcome of any game, bet, or wagering activity on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit AHW99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by AHW99

AHW99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached these Terms; your Account activity presents a fraud, compliance, or money-laundering risk; or your continued access to the Platform would be inappropriate for legal or regulatory reasons.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13.3 Consequence of Termination for Breach

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, AHW99 reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to forfeit all funds associated with the Account. AHW99 may report confirmed criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Amendments to These Terms

AHW99 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.2.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AHW99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with AHW99 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent those rights cannot be contractually waived.
